YouTube apps' HD feature temporarily broken, fix on its way

We like our YouTube apps a lot. There's the downright gorgeous LazyWorm apps, the richly powerful SuperTube, and the somewhere-in-between easyTube. Frankly we enjoy all of them in their own special ways, but recently every single one of these apps has hit a road bump and disabled their HD or HQ functionality. How did this happen? Well according to the developers of SuperTube, you can blame it on YouTube:

"Today Youtube changed the resources address of videos. All Youtube client app can't stream the video in HQ or HD. The downloading video function doesn't work as well."

Fortunately, it looks like updates for these apps are already making the rounds this morning. SuperTube has issued their v1.9 update and LazyWorm confirms their LazyTube update is live while the free YouTube should see an update any minute now. wsoftvn, the developers of easyTube, have issued the following statement and confirms their bugfix is also on its way:

Dear our users, Because of some changes in Youtube's format, the current version is temporarily unable to play and download videos. We have submitted a fix, it will be available to you within several days. Thanks alot in advance for your understanding! Best regards, Wsoftvn.
