Aren't socks the most irritating things in the world? It's completely unnatural--who wants to put on socks only to put on shoes on top of them? Cavemen walked all across land barefoot and they were badasses. We guess this hatred of the extra layer of foot protection has led to the expression "blowing your socks off".
Well apparently Nokia's Dave Trevaskus hates socks too, and promises their upcoming Windows Phone is going to get rid of them once and for all. How? The science of pure awesomeness...and good hardware too, we suppose. Trevaskus was presenting at a 20:20 Mobile Group event and was showing off their upcoming portfolio of devices to carriers when he decided to tease attendees with a first glimpse at the highly anticipated device. Yes, this is just a small tease but it's a good sign that people inside Nokia itself are excited to release their first Mango-powered Windows Phone.
