There were some reports early this morning from users and WPCentral that the Windows Phone Marketplace is experiencing a global outage. But it doesn't affect every phone--it's only affecting NoDo or 7392 users. Microsoft's Michael Stroh confirms that they are investgating the issue and will update us once they learn more.
Personally, my AT&T Samsung Focus on NoDo seems to be using the Marketplace just fine. I downloaded an app earlier today to make sure it's not just buffered from last night and I didn't run into any issues. Also, WMPoweruser's Surur confirms the Marketplace seems to be online again.
Either way, the Marketplace was "down" for almost 10 hours according to users. We'll wait fore more information once the Windows Phone Blog post is updated.
Update: Michael Stroh confirms that the Marketplace is now up and running again for most, but the "root cause is still under investigation".
