Yesterday we reported on new photos from Flickr that supposedly displayed the HTC Ruby. There was a possibility that the device could have been a Windows Phone, due to the Ruby codename once referencing Sprint's HTC Arrive. That's not the case anymore: PocketNow has written a followup based on newer photos they've found and they heavily suggest the Ruby is in fact an Android phone that's destined for T-Mobile. The icons in the camera app seen in the photo above gave away Ruby's Android-lovin' nature.
There's still a tiny smidgen of a chance that the Ruby could be Windows Phone since we know HTC loves to flat out ignore Metro at times, so it's possible this could be an included HTC camera app. But that's stretching it and we think it's safe to assume that Windows Phone Mango won't be shining on this Ruby.
