You must be a resident of the United States and have purchased a Windows Phone from any of the four carriers. The offer is valid for any Windows Phone purchases made between May 15th and June 30th so if you're planning to pick up a Verizon Trophy next week or an AT&T HD7S the week after, you can save some precious dough when you pick up Microsoft's latest and greatest productivity suite.
